About Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy that focusses on the unconscious processes that drive our behaviour and impact our connections with others.
Often recurring frustrations in life stem from early experiences or memories that remain outside our daily awareness. Psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to bridge this gap, helping you understand how past influences - including formative relationships and significant life events - shape your current reality.
Through the unique, collaborative relationship with your therapist lies the opportunity to gain the insight needed to make changes and reduce suffering.
About Me
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working with adult individuals in London Bridge and Esher, both in person and online. I support people coping with a range of concerns and struggles, including difficulties in connecting and relating to others, experiences of loss, parenting, anxiety and depression.
Recognising that personal challenges are experienced uniquely by each of us, I provide a confidential space for you to bring whatever is on your mind and whatever emotions you may be navigating.
